Certain hotels may offer free cancellation if done within a specified time period (e.g., 24–48 hours prior to check-in). Always review the individual hotel’s cancellation terms at the time of booking.
Bookings made under promotional offers, discounted rates, or special packages may be labeled as "Non-Refundable." In such cases, no refund will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.
If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled date without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a "No-Show," and no refund will be issued.
For guests checking out before the booked departure date, the hotel’s early check-out policy will apply. Refunds for unused nights may not be granted.
In case of unavoidable events such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics, refund eligibility will follow the hotel’s policies and applicable laws.
Please note that for bookings made through Smooth Service Provider, we do not provide any refunds after the booking advance has been paid. All payments are final once the advance is confirmed.
We act as a booking facilitator between you and the hotel. The final responsibility for refunds rests with the hotel or service provider, as per their policies.
